How maintenance works
- Access. We establish access to the platforms your site needs — domain, hosting, and WordPress.
- Install support plugins. I install tooling for security, monitoring, and offsite backups.
- Bi-weekly updates. Every two weeks I log in and update everything — so if something breaks, I catch it right away.
Common questions
What if there’s an emergency?
I’ll likely already know — uptime monitoring alerts me if the site is down for more than five minutes. If something else comes up, you can reach me by email.
What counts as an emergency?
An emergency is about uptime, not functionality: if the site can’t be accessed, it’s an emergency. Other issues are quoted as a separate project.
