When you work with Three Acres, you’ll be working directly with Brendan to ensure that your store is set up and functions exactly the way you need it to. Brendan will work with you to gather the necessary information about your store, such as your business address, store email, and legal information, in order to create a development store for you.
Next, we’ll work with you and your team to ensure that the Shopify Admin is set up correctly for your business. This includes advising on the best shipping strategies, configuring the most effective sales channels, and making sure that all customer notifications are consistent with your brand. We’ll ensure that everything is set up to serve your business in the best possible way.
Once Shopify is set up, we’ll move on to choosing the best theme for your business. Taking your industry and unique selling requirements into consideration, we’ll recommend the most suitable Shopify themes that will help drive conversions. If you’re interested in a Custom Built Theme, we offer that service too. After you approve the theme, we’ll customize it with your brand assets, colors, and logo to create a unique site for you.
If you’re transferring products from another platform to Shopify, we can facilitate the migration for an additional fee and maintain your SEO ranking with 301 redirects. If you’re just starting out, we’ll upload your first 10 products and show you how to do it yourself. If you’d like us to upload all of your products, we can add that to the scope for an additional fee.
But we don’t stop there. Once your site is set up and ready to launch, we’ll help you open your store and make some lite SEO optimizations to get you off to a good start. We also offer a 30-day warranty for bugs and issues within the original scope. Most Merchants see their first sales within this period and we’ll celebrate that with you too!
If you need additional support after your store is live, we offer ongoing development retainers and store management services. We love working with our clients long term, and many Merchants benefit from ongoing technical and marketing support.
