Our Process
Often our clients come to us after they already have a Shopify store running, this is a great way to move to the Shopify POS. However we have also helped new stores get up an running with the POS and an Online Store at the same time. Regardless of what stage you are at, we can help you get started.
The first thing we will do is determine what your store needs from it’s POS. Based on this information we can recommend what hardware you will need to take full advantage of the Shopify POS ecosystem. For example stores that have many products often benefit from implementing barcodes and a scanner in the checkout, whereas stores with fewer product don’t need to worry about this part.
After we’ve figured out what you need, we will recommend the hardware that will best suit you and help you set it up in your store.
Once your hardware is setup, and the POS is configured to work best for your business, we move on to training. The POS is extremely intuitive, however it’s always helpful to have someone walk through some of the more complicated situations. We will cover everything you will need to confidently use your POS on a daily basis.
